		<description>Update:
We have now made soy yogurt - that turned out great! It was with store bought soy milk. It was "plain" not flavored. I don't remember if it had any "sweetener" listed on the label - it was SoySilk - but I didn't add any other sweetener to it.
I did add agar agar (1/2 tsp. powder to 1 qt. soy milk) and it turned out nice and thick.
